JEFFERSON COUNTY RULES DO NOT APPLY TO THE CITY OF BYRNES MILL

This is a house that is located on Hwy W just before the Big River. Jefferson County condemned this property and would not grant a occupancy permit. Then this lot was bought by Tony Glacken and the City of Byrnes Mill annexed it into their city. Problem solved! I'am sure Jefferson Co inspectors don't know what their doing and the Byrnes Mill inspectors do.This is Byrnes Mill at its best.

  1. I think it was condemnd because it was a meth lab and burnt. The poison from the meth makes it dangerous for people to be inside the house. It should be torn down. That makes Byrnes Mill look like idiots. Why would the city whant that health hazard in their city. Must be some under the table favors being done.
